House Rules – Bed & Breakfast KiCo

Welcome to Bed & Breakfast KiCo!

We do everything we can to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. To ensure this for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules:

Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in: Between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (other times possible upon request).
  • Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • Please inform us in advance if you expect to arrive later than planned.

Breakfast

  • Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
  • We kindly ask you to inform us preferably the afternoon before at what time you would like to have breakfast. Any dietary requirements or special requests must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to arrival so that we can accommodate them if possible.

Smoking

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the B&B.
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas: in the street by the front door (ashtray located to the left of the door) or on the rooftop terrace if it is open.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance.

  • Name: Casa_Kico 5G
  • Password: KiCo2025

Security & Keys

  • In case of lost keys, a fee of €25 will be charged.
  • The building is equipped with an electronic lock that can be opened using the blue tag located on the left side of the front door. When leaving the building, please first press the white switch on the right side labeled “DOOR” and then pull the door open.

Rooftop Terrace

  • If the indicator shows green, the rooftop terrace is open. If it shows red, it is closed.

Quiet Hours & Noise

  • Please respect other guests, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM (night rest).
  • Music or loud phone conversations in common areas should be kept to a minimum.
  • Invite unauthorized guests or let them stay overnight.

❌ Not Allowed in the B&B

  • Use of open flames, candles, or incense.
  • Causing disturbance through excessive alcohol or drug use.
  • Inviting or accommodating unauthorized guests.

Payment

  • If payment has not yet been made upon arrival and cash payment was agreed upon, it must be completed no later than the morning after arrival during breakfast.

Hygiene & Cleaning

  • We take care of cleaning the common areas.
  • Rooms are cleaned during stays longer than 6 nights upon request. For stays of at least 4 nights, towels will be replaced with clean ones upon request.
  • Please do not use towels or bed linen outdoors or as beach towels.

  • In case of emergency, please call 112 immediately.

  • For Spanish-speaking guests, we prefer communication via WhatsApp so we can translate and respond properly.

Finally

  • We kindly ask you to treat the house, furnishings, other guests and our neighbors with respect. Please note that Cómpeta is a mountain village and occasional power outages may occur. When leaving the property, please switch off lights and air conditioning. During the warmer months, water may be scarce, so we ask you to use it responsibly.
